Heimburg Castle, also called the Altenburg or Alteburg, is a ruined castle on an oval hilltop about 330 metres above sea level which is located just north of the Harz Mountains in central Germany.

The Regenstein Mill was a water-powered corn and oil mill below Regenstein Castle north of the town of Blankenburg in the county of Harz.

Ziegenberg

The Ziegenberg is a low ridge between the villages of Benzingerode and Heimburg on the northern edge of the Harz Mountains in central Germany. The ridge is a designated nature reserve. Ziegenberg is situated 2½ km west of Volkmannköpfe.

Langenstein is a village and a former municipality in the district of Harz, in Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Since 1 January 2010, it is part of the town Halberstadt. The World War II concentration camp Langenstein-Zwieberge was located here. Langenstein is situated 5 km northeast of Volkmannköpfe.
