The Imperial Theatre is a historical theater at King's Square in Saint John, New Brunswick. It was designed by Philadelphia architect Albert Westover and built in 1912 by the Imperial Theatre by the Keith-Albee-Orpheum Corporation vaudeville chain of New York City and their Canadian subsidiary, the Saint John Amusements Company Ltd. Imperial Theatre is situated 230 metres west of The Cornerstone.

It was originally established following Loyalist arrival in 1783, with its oldest headstone dating back to July 13, 1784, following the death of Conradt Hendricks. Loyalist Burial Ground is situated 200 metres northwest of The Cornerstone.
