Hyehwamun, also known as Northeast Gate, is one of the Eight Gates of Seoul in the Fortress Wall of Seoul, South Korea, which surrounded the city in the Joseon period. The gate is also known as Dongsomun. The gate was originally called Honghwamun. Hyehwamun Gate is situated 110 metres southeast of Former Seoul mayor’s house.

Changdeokgung

Changdeokgung is a former royal palace in Seoul, South Korea. A UNESCO World Heritage Site and a Historic Site of South Korea, it is among the best preserved of all Korean palaces. Changdeokgung is situated 1¼ km southwest of Former Seoul mayor’s house.
