The Ottó Herman Museum is the largest museum in Miskolc, Hungary. It holds more than 600,000 artifacts. Its main focus is on archaeology, mineralogy, arts, history, and ethnography. Ottó Herman Museum is situated 2½ km northeast of UV-domb.

The National Theatre of Miskolc is the main theatre of Miskolc, and the oldest theatre company of Hungary. Its current Classicist and Neo-baroque building built between 1847 and 1857, is in the city centre, in Széchenyi street and is home to not only theatrical plays, but also to events like the International Opera Festival of Miskolc. National Theatre of Miskolc is situated 3 km northeast of UV-domb.

Görömböly is a place in Miskolc, Hungary. Görömböly was once known for their wine. However, due to a spread of Phylloxera, the amount of vineyards in the city plummeted. Görömböly is situated 3½ km southeast of UV-domb.
