The Piraeus Municipal Theatre is a neoclassical building built on plans by the architect Ioannis Lazarimos and was opened on 9 April 1895. The theatre has a 600-seat capacity and is located in the centremost place of Piraeus. Municipal Theater of Piraeus is situated 230 metres west of Pasarela.

Dimotiko Theatro is a station in Piraeus, Greece. It is the southwestern terminus of Athens Metro Line 3. It opened in October 10, 2022, as part of the Line 3 extension to Piraeus. Dimotiko Theatro metro station is situated 140 metres west of Pasarela.
