Mahtotopa Mountain is located in the Lewis Range, Glacier National Park in the U.S. state of Montana. Mahtotopa Mountain rises to the south above Saint Mary Lake midway between Red Eagle Mountain and Little Chief Mountain and can be easily seen from the Going-to-the-Sun Road to the southwest of Rising Sun. Mahtotopa Mountain is situated 1½ miles south of Sun Point Trailhead.

Red Eagle Mountain is located in the Lewis Range, Glacier National Park in the U.S. state of Montana. Red Eagle Mountain rises more than 4,000 ft above Saint Mary Lake and is easily seen from the Going-to-the-Sun Road and the entrance to the park from the village of St. Mary, Montana as well as at Rising Sun. Red Eagle Mountain is situated 2 miles southeast of Sun Point Trailhead.
