Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum

Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum is a literary museum based in Yerevan, Armenia. It was founded on April 5, 1953, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the death of one of the most famous Armenian poets Hovhannes Tumanyan. Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum is situated 240 metres northwest of Manuk Aleksanyan.

The Cafesjian Center for the Arts is an art museum in Yerevan, Armenia. It is located at the central Kentron District, in and around the Yerevan Cascade which is a complex of massive staircase with fountains, ascending up from the Tamanyan Street gardens and pedestrian zone. Cafesjian Sculpture Garden is situated 390 metres northeast of Manuk Aleksanyan.

The Matenadaran, officially the Mesrop Mashtots Institute of Ancient Manuscripts, is the largest center for the storage, study and popularization of Armenian manuscripts, combining the functions of a museum, archive and scientific institution. Matenadaran is situated 1 km northeast of Manuk Aleksanyan.

Kond is one of the oldest quarters of Yerevan. It is situated within the boundaries of the modern-day Kentron District of the capital of Armenia. According to Hovhannes Shahkhatunyants, an Armenian historian, Kond is located at the western and southern hillsides and foot of a rocky hill with similar name.
