Chigatay Gate

The Gates of Tashkent, in present-day Uzbekistan, were built around the town at the close of the 10th century, but did not survive to the present. The last gate was destroyed in 1890 as a result of the growth of the city, but some of the districts in Tashkent still bear the names of these gates. Chigatay Gate is situated 750 metres southwest of Sagban Gate.

Qaffol Shoshi mausoleum is a mausoleum in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, built in honor of Imam Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Ali ibn Ismail al-Kaffal ash-Shashi. The original tomb did not survive in its initial form. Qaffol Shoshi mausoleum is situated 730 metres southeast of Sagban Gate.
