Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral

The Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral, also known as the Yerevan Cathedral is the largest cathedral of the Armenian Apostolic Church. It is located in the Kentron District of Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, and is one of the largest religious buildings in the South Caucasus along with the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Saint Gregory the Illuminator Cathedral is situated 250 metres east of Lebanon Shawarma.

Republic Square is the central town square in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. It consists of two sections: an oval roundabout and a trapezoid-shaped section which contains a pool with musical fountains. Republic Square is situated 680 metres north of Lebanon Shawarma.

General Andranik is Yerevan Metro station, which opened on December 26, 1989. The station is located in the Kentron district and exits at Tigran The Great Avenue, Agathangelos, and Movses Khorenatsi streets, next to the "Rossia" mall, the monument to General Andranik, and the Cathedral of Saint Gregory the Illuminator. General Andranik is situated 170 metres southwest of Lebanon Shawarma.

Kond is one of the oldest quarters of Yerevan. It is situated within the boundaries of the modern-day Kentron District of the capital of Armenia. According to Hovhannes Shahkhatunyants, an Armenian historian, Kond is located at the western and southern hillsides and foot of a rocky hill with similar name.
