Winkler is a city of about 12,500 people in the Pembina Valley of Central Manitoba. Along with the neighbouring community of Morden, it is the centre of a richly productive agricultural area, and home to a large Mennonite community.

Hochfeld is a community in the Canadian province of Manitoba. It is located in the Rural Municipality of Stanley. The community was founded by Mennonites in 1875. The village is the birthplace of Canadian jazz guitarist Ed Bickert. Hochfeld is situated 7 km south of Bethaus.
