The Museum of the Revolution is located in the Old Havana section of Havana, Cuba, in what was the presidential palace of all Cuban presidents from Mario García Menocal to Fulgencio Batista. Museum of the Revolution is situated 1½ km northeast of SEPCOM.

The Hermanos Ameijeiras Hospital, officially the Hospital Clínico Quirúrgico "Hermanos Ameijeiras", is located in Barrio San Lazaro and is the premier hospital in Cuba, its tower prominently visible from the Malecón between the historic center and the uptown Vedado neighborhood. Hermanos Ameijeiras Hospital is situated 1 km north of SEPCOM.

The Parque de la Fraternidad was built in the 1790s as a military practice range by the Spanish government, It was expanded in 1793 by Belgian engineer Agustin Cramer, and later Bishop Espada improved the lighting of the Campo. Fraternity park is situated 1 km east of SEPCOM.
