Kami-Ashibetsu Station is a railway station on the Nemuro Main Line of JR Hokkaido located in Ashibetsu, Hokkaidō, Japan. The station opened on January 16, 1920. Kami-Ashibetsu Station is situated 1½ km southwest of Kamikongouzan Observatory.

The Dai Kannon of Kita no Miyako park, also known as the Hokkaido Kannon, as well as the Byakue Kannon, is the third-tallest statue in Japan and is the tenth-tallest statue in the world, tied with the Grand Buddha at Ling Shan.
