The Communauté de communes de Miribel et du Plateau is a communauté de communes in the Ain département and in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes région of France. It was established on 31 December 1997. Its area is 65.6 km2, and its population was 24,062 in 2018. Communauté de communes de Miribel et du Plateau is situated 270 metres east of Allaine.

It is located at kilometric point 16.616 on the Lyon-Geneva railway, between Crépieux-la-Pape and Saint-Maurice-de-Beynost stations. Les Échets station, is also located in the Les Échets neighbourhood of the commune. Miribel station is situated 1 km west of Allaine.
