Ouarzazate

Ouarzazate is a city and capital of Ouarzazate Province in the region of Drâa-Tafilalet, south-central Morocco. Ouarzazate is a primary tourist destination in Morocco during the holidays, as well as a starting point for excursions into and across the Draa Valley and the desert.

Errachidia, formerly known as Ksar es-Souk, is a city in Morocco, located in the Errachidia Province, and is the capital of the Drâa-Tafilalet region.
Zagora

Zagora is a town located in the Draa River valley in the Moroccan region of Drâa-Tafilalet. On the base of the Zagora Mountain the remains of an Almoravid fortress can still be seen.

Erfoud

Erfoud is an oasis town in the Sahara, in the Drâa-Tafilalet region, eastern Morocco. It belongs to ait atta tribe, divided into several districts: Hay Salam, Hay Jdid, Hay Ziz, Hay el Bathaa, Hay Annahda, and Hay el Hamri.
Merzouga

Erg Chebbi is in Saharan Morocco. The dunes are one of Morocco's best Sahara Desert destinations. Erg Chebbi special feature is its beautiful unique orange colored sand.
M’Hamid

M'Hamid is a small village in Zagora region of Morocco, 98 km after Zagora, one of the two places in Morocco where Sahara begins. It is "the end of the road", after it is only sands of Sahara, shepherds and caravan trails.
Rissani

Rissani is a town in Errachidia Province in eastern Morocco, located near Erfoud. It is the closest town of significant size to the Erg Chebbi, the largest sand desert in Morocco.
Nkob

N'Kob is a rural municipality in the Zagora province, in the Atlas Mountains. It is located near the Jbel Saghro and 24 kilometers from Tamsahelte. N'Kob is situated 35 kilometers west of the commune of Tazzarine and 40 kilometers from the intersection with the Draa Valley, the most spectacular stretch of the N9.
Alnif

Alnif is a town in Tinghir Province, Drâa-Tafilalet, Morocco, known for its significant paleontological discoveries. It is located in the southeastern region of Morocco, approximately 180 kilometers east of Ouarzazate, and 1,020 kilometers south of Rabat.

Tamsahelte is a small village in the Zagora Province of the Drâa-Tafilalet district in southeastern Morocco, about 10 kilometers northwest of Tazzarine and 20 kilometers east of N'Kob.
Khamlia

Khamlia is small village located on the edge of sand dunes of Erg Chebbi in southeast Morocco near the Algerian border. The village is also called the southern gateway to the Sahara.
