Skopelos is the main town on the island of Skopelos. The island is located east of mainland Greece, northeast of the island of Euboea and is part of the regional unit of the Sporades in the region of Thessaly. It has a port and a small heliport.

Agnontas is a beach village with a small port located on the Greek island of Skopelos. Its population is 11. Agnontas is the alternative port for ferryboats and passenger hydrofoils when bad weather closes the main port of the town of Skopelos.
