Surselva

Disentis

Disentis or Mustér, is a community of the district Surselva in the Northwest of the Canton of Graubünden or Grisons in Switzerland. The skiing and summer tourism resort high up in the Rhine valley is the site of one of the oldest Benedictine monasteries in Switzerland.

Flims is a municipality in the Imboden Region in the Swiss canton of the Grisons. The town of Flims is dominated by the Flimserstein which one can see from almost anywhere in the area.

Vals is a village and a municipality in the Surselva Region in the canton of the Grisons in Switzerland. On 1 January 2015 the former municipality of St. Martin merged into the municipality of Vals.

Safiental is a municipality in the Surselva Region in the canton of the Grisons in Switzerland. The municipalities of Valendas, Versam, Safien and Tenna merged on 1 January 2013 into the new municipality of Safiental.
