, is a town with a municipal council in the state of Tripura in of India. It is the administrative center for , located in the northernmost region of the state near the border on the east and the - border on the west.

is a temple and lake city in Tripura, . It is the administrative headquarters of Gomati district and was the capital of the Kingdom of Tripura until 1760.

is a large protected forest in Tripura, northeastern , near in South Tripura district. It is particularly known for its population of gaur, extensive grasslands, perennial streams and unusual diversity of primates.

Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary is a protected forest, wildlife sanctuary and recreation area near in Tripura, northeastern . It is about 25–30 km south-east of and combines natural forest with a zoological park, botanical collections, lakes, walking areas and the small Clouded Leopard National Park.
