Zlatograd is a town in Smolyan Province, southern-central Bulgaria. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Zlatograd Municipality. In December 2009, the town had a population of 7,110.

Dolen is a village in southern Bulgaria located in the Zlatograd municipality of the Smolyan Province. It is located near the Greek border. In summer 2006 an ethnological expedition was carried out in the village. Dolen is situated 6 km northeast of Zlatograd Ethnographic Complex.

Startsevo is a village in the Zlatograd municipality in southern Bulgaria, located near the Greece border. A Thracian sanctuary was excavated there in 1978. Finds from the site date to the late Bronze Age, Iron Age, and Antiquity. Startsevo is situated 6 km northwest of Zlatograd Ethnographic Complex.
