Gyumri Shirak International Airport is an international airport serving Gyumri in the province of Shirak, Armenia. It is about five kilometres from the center of Gyumri. Gyumri Shirak International Airport is situated 3½ km southwest of Akhuryan.

Arevik is a village in the Akhuryan Municipality of the Shirak Province of Armenia. The Statistical Committee of Armenia reported its population was 1,781 in 2010, up from 1,749 at the 2001 census. Arevik is situated 3½ km south of Akhuryan.
