Dushanbe Zoo or Dushanbe Zoological Park was founded in 1960 in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The zoo is located in the center of the city on the Luchob river bank, next to the Pamir Stadium, and measures roughly twice the size of the stadium. Zoo is situated 260 metres southwest of Dushanbe Stadium.
Palace of Nations

The Palace of the Nation is the official residence of the President of Tajikistan. It is located on Shirinshoh Shohtemur Street in central Dushanbe. The Presidential Palace is surrounded by the Dushanbe Flagpole to the north, Rudaki Park to the east, Dousti Square to the south and Varzob River to the west. Palace of Nations is situated 1¼ km south of Dushanbe Stadium.

The Dushanbe Flagpole is a free–standing flagpole located in front of the Palace of Nations in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. At 165 metres, it was the tallest flagpole in the world from its completion in 2011 until the 2014 erection of the 171 m Jeddah Flagpole. Dushanbe Flagpole is situated 1 km southeast of Dushanbe Stadium.
