Nei Lak Shan is the eighth highest mountain in Hong Kong. With a height of 751 m, it is situated on Lantau Island immediately north of Ngong Ping where the Buddhist Po Lin Monastery is located.

The Big Buddha is a large bronze sculpture of Buddha, completed in 1993, and located at Ngong Ping, near Po Lin Monastery on Lantau Island, Hong Kong. Tian Tan Buddha is situated 1½ km south of Nei Lak Shan Angle Station.
