Arkonaplatz

Arkonaplatz is a 1.5-hectare square in Berlin's Mitte district of the same name and is part of the historic Rosenthaler Vorstadt district. It was created in the middle of the 19th century.

Berlin Wall

Berlin Wall was a concrete barrier separating Western and Eastern parts of Berlin from 1961 to 1989. It is regarded as one of the symbols of the Cold War. Berlin Wall is situated 1 km west of Arkonaplatz.

Pergamon Museum

The Pergamon Museum is a listed building on the Museum Island in the historic centre of Berlin, Germany. It was built from 1910 to 1930 by order of Emperor Wilhelm II and according to plans by Alfred Messel and Ludwig Hoffmann in Stripped Classicism style. Pergamon Museum is situated 2 km south of Arkonaplatz.

Fernsehturm Berlin

The Fernsehturm in central Berlin was constructed between 1965 and 1969 by the government of the German Democratic Republic as both a functional broadcasting facility and a symbol of communist power. Fernsehturm Berlin is situated 2 km south of Arkonaplatz.
