Kota Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in the Gochi neighborhood of the city of Jōetsu, Niigata Prefecture. It is one of the three shrines claiming the title of ichinomiya of former Echigo Province. The main festival of the shrine is held annually on May 3. Kota Shrine is situated 380 metres southeast of 居多ヶ浜　見真堂.

Joetsu aquarium is a Japanese Public Aquarium owned by Joetsu City and located in Gochi, Joetsu City, Niigata Prefecture, Japan. Its origins date back to 1934, but it reopened in June 2018 under the nickname "Umigatari". Joetsu aquarium is situated 1 km northeast of 居多ヶ浜　見真堂.
