Loro Parque or 'Loro Park' is a 135,000 m2 zoo on the outskirts of Puerto de la Cruz on Tenerife, Spain where it houses an extensive and diverse reserve of animal and plant species. Loro Park is situated 2½ km north of La Montañeta.

Elevador de Aguas de Gordejuela

El Elevador de Aguas de Gordejuela, also known as Casa Hamilton, is an industrial ruin near Los Realejos, Tenerife. It was built in 1903 by the Hamilton company to pump water from the Gordejuela springs to banana plantations in the Orotava Valley. Elevador de Aguas de Gordejuela is situated 2½ km northwest of La Montañeta.
