The Grant Devine Dam, formerly Alameda Dam, is an embankment dam in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan near Alameda and Oxbow. It was constructed in 1994 to control flows on Moose Mountain Creek and Souris River. Grant Devine Dam is situated 2½ km east of Alameda Cemetery.

It is approximately 58 kilometres west of Saskatchewan's border with Manitoba and approximately 26 kilometres north of the Canada–US border with North Dakota. Oxbow is situated 7 km southeast of Alameda Cemetery.
