It occupies the lower levels of a series of office blocks and hotels, comprising several parts: Marco Polo Hotels, Ocean Terminal, Ocean Centre, the Gateway and the Pacific Club Kowloon. Harbour City is situated 210 metres north of Ocean Terminal.

The Hong Kong Cultural Centre is a public multipurpose performance facility in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. Located at Salisbury Road, it was built by the former Urban Council and, since 2000, has been administered by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department of the Hong Kong Government. Hong Kong Cultural Centre is situated 400 metres southeast of Ocean Terminal.
