Hokkaido Prefectural Sports Center is an indoor sporting arena located in Toyohira-ku, Sapporo, Japan. Sometimes called Kitayell, the capacity of the main arena is 8,000. Hokkai Kitayell is situated 1 km southwest of Rainbow Cliff.
