Bordeaux-Saint-Jean or formerly Bordeaux-Midi is the main railway station in the French city of Bordeaux. It is the southern terminus of the Paris–Bordeaux railway, and the western terminus of the Chemins de fer du Midi main line from Toulouse.

The Church of the Holy Cross is a Roman Catholic church located in Bordeaux, southern France. It was formerly the church of a Benedictine abbey founded in the 7th century, and was built in the late 11th-early 12th centuries. Church of the Holy Cross is situated 700 metres northwest of HEMA.

The Port de la Lune is the name given to the harbour of Bordeaux, dating to the Middle Ages, because of the shape of the river crossing the city.
