Deoksugung, also called Deoksu Palace or Deoksugung Palace, is a former royal palace in Seoul, South Korea. It was the first main palace of the 1897–1910 Korean Empire and is now a major tourist attraction. Deoksugung Palace is situated 1½ km east of 충정맨션.

Chugye University for the Arts is a South Korean institute of higher education in the music and fine arts. The campus is in Seodaemun District in central Seoul, the country's capital. Chugye art university is situated 510 metres west of 충정맨션.

Chungjeongno

Chungjeongno Station is a subway station on Seoul Subway Line 2 and Seoul Subway Line 5. It is located in Seodaemun District, Seoul, South Korea. Chungjeong was the pen name of minister Min Yeong-hwan, who committed suicide protesting the signing of the Japan–Korea Treaty of 1905. Chungjeongno is situated 480 metres southeast of 충정맨션.
