The Magevney House is a historic residence on 198 Adams Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee, USA. It is located in the Victorian Village of Memphis and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It is one of the oldest residences remaining in Memphis. Magevney House is situated 600 feet southeast of Shelby County Archives.

In 1832, the city of Memphis, Tennessee deeded the church a site at the corner of Poplar Avenue and Third Street. The present building was built in 1884 and was designed by architect Edward Culliatt Jones and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. First Presbyterian Church is situated 400 feet northeast of Shelby County Archives.
