Sundhöll Reykjavíkur, is the oldest purpose-built indoor swimming pool in Reykjavík. It was designed by the Icelandic architect Guðjón Samúelsson and opened in 1937 at Barónsstígur, close to the elementary school Austurbæjarskóli. Sundhöll Reykjavíkur is situated 160 metres north of Blóðbankinn.

The Icelandic Phallological Museum, located in Reykjavík, Iceland, houses the world's largest display of penises and penile parts. As of early 2020 the museum moved to a new location in Hafnartorg, three times the size of the previous one, and the collection holds well over 300 penises from more than 100 species of mammal. The Icelandic Phallological Museum is situated 1¼ km northwest of Blóðbankinn.
