A structure of the Ministry of Defence, it has existed under various names and subordinate to various institutions since 1 August 1914. Until 2024 the stadium had four sectors and a total of 22,995 seats, of which 2,100 are covered; the pitch length was 106 meters and the width was 66 meters. Bulgarian Army Stadium is situated 1 km southwest of Футболен Клуб Виктори.
