Aastrup is a manor house and estate in Elverdamsdalen, between Tølløse and Hvalsø, Lejre Municipality, some 40 kilometres west of Copenhagen, Denmark. Between 1929 and 1969, Denmark's largest lime works was operated on the estate. Aastrup is situated 3 km southwest of Dyvelslyst.

It is located 30 km south of Frederikssund, 19 km west of Roskilde, 17 km southeast of Holbæk and 5 km north of the municipal seat Hvalsø. Kirke Såby is situated 2½ km east of Dyvelslyst.
