The Icelandic Phallological Museum

Hegningarhúsið at Skólavörðustígur 9 in Reykjavík was a prison run by the Icelandic Prison Service. Built in 1872 by the designs of G. Ch. W. Klentz, it was the oldest prison in Iceland. Hegningarhúsið is situated 140 metres north of Óðinstorg.

The National Theatre of Iceland in Reykjavík, is the national theatre of Iceland. The theater, designed by Guðjón Samúelsson, was formally opened on 20 April 1950.
