The Schneefernerkopf is a 2,875-metre-high peak in the Zugspitze massif in the Alps. It lies at the western end of the Wetterstein chain in the Alps on the border between the German state of Bavaria and the Austrian state of Tyrol. Schneefernerkopf is situated 3½ km east of Schottergrube Sandeck.

The Daniel is a mountain in the Austrian state of Tyrol, and the highest peak in the Ammergau Alps, a range within the Northern Limestone Alps. Located near the villages of Ehrwald and Lermoos, it is a popular mountain with hikers. Daniel is situated 3½ km northwest of Schottergrube Sandeck.
