The Vernal Utah Temple is the fifty-first temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and is located in Vernal, Utah. The intent to build the temple was announced on February 13, 1994, by the church's First Presidency. Vernal Utah Temple is situated 1½ miles northeast of Vernal Marketplace.
