Mobile City is a city in Rockwall County, Texas, United States on the outskirts of Rockwall. The population was 142 at the 2020 census. It currently has the highest population density of any city in Texas, and is the only Texas city with a population density of over 10,000 people per square mile. Mobile City is situated 2½ miles east of Ark Preschool.

Fate is a city located in the center of Rockwall County, Texas, United States. The population in 2020 was 17,958, an increase from 6,357 in 2010, and 602 in 2000. In 2022, Fate's population was estimated to have grown to just under 23,000. Fate is situated 4½ miles northeast of Ark Preschool.
