Hi-Tech Central

Metro station

Hi-Tech Central station is a station on Line 13 of Shenzhen Metro. It opened on 28 December 2024. It was the northern terminus of the line until the extension to Shangwu opened on 28 December 2025. Hi-Tech Central is situated 1 km south of Hi-Tech North Station.

Xili Railway Station

Xili railway station is a railway station in the Nanshan District, Shenzhen on the Pingnan Railway. The station will be one of two terminals of the existing Ganzhou–Shenzhen high-speed railway, the other being Shenzhen North. Xili Railway Station is situated 1 km north of Hi-Tech North Station.

MixC World

MixC World is a mixed use urban redevelopment project in Nanshan, Shenzhen, situated on the site of former Dachong Village. The site sits next to Dasha River and its riverside promenade, surrounded by a tech-business park known as Hi-Tech Park. MixC World is situated 2 km southeast of Hi-Tech North Station.

Nanshan is a district of Shenzhen. It's a happening place—international artist communities, multiple amusement parks, historic sites, and more. Nanshan district also includes Shekou, on metro line 2, the expat neighborhood with everything Western that you might be accustomed to as well as the main ferry terminal.
