Korkeasaari Zoo, also known as Helsinki Zoo, is the largest zoo in Finland, located in Helsinki's Korkeasaari island. The zoo was first opened in 1889.

Hertsi is a shopping center located in Herttoniemi, Helsinki, Finland, the construction of which was completed in the spring of 2020. It is located along Itäväylä, quite close to Herttoniemi metro station.

Kulosaari metro station

Kulosaari metro station is a ground-level station on the Helsinki Metro. It serves the island district of Kulosaari in East Helsinki. There are 50 bicycle and 36 car parking spaces at the station.

Kruununhaka and Katajanokka

Kruununhaka and Katajanokka are two districts of Helsinki right to the east of downtown, here defined as east of Unioninkatu, and stretching as far south as the Market Hall.

Inner East

Inner East comprises the parts of Helsinki east of the railway, north of Pitkäsilta, south of freeways 4 and 45 and west of Kulosaari. In this part of the city you can see districts of old wooden houses and postmodern, blocky concrete districts built as the "city districts of the future" in the 1970s.

East Helsinki is an area in Helsinki, Finland, usually thought to comprise the city's eastern and south-eastern major districts, including the districts of Vartiokylä, Myllypuro, Mellunkylä, Vuosaari, Herttoniemi, Laajasalo and Kulosaari.
