Jamia Mosque

Jamia Mosque, also known as Jamia Masjid, is a Sunni mosque on Banda Street in the Nairobi Central Business District, . The present mosque was designed by Glasgow-based architect William Landels and constructed between 1925 and 1933 through an extensive community fundraising effort organised by the Anjuman Islamia, also known as the Jamia Mosque Association.
