American Optical Company Historic District
The American Optical Company Historic District encompasses a historic industrial complex on the Quinebaug River in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Located on roughly 80 acres east of downtown Southbridge, the complex was developed between the 1880s and 1950s by the American Optical Company, one of the largest manufacturers of eyewear at the turn of the 20th century.Places of Interest

St. George's Greek Orthodox Church is a historic Greek Orthodox Church building at 55 North Street in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Built in 1932, it is the oldest Orthodox church in the city, and is a locally rare example of Byzantine and Greek architecture.
