Apriltsi is a small town in Lovech Province, Central-North Bulgaria, located in the vicinity of the highest part of Stara Planina mountain. It is the administrative centre of the homonymous Apriltsi Municipality. Apriltsi is situated 5 km east of ВЕЦ Зла река.

At the Bulgarian 2011 census, the population of Skandaloto was 65 inhabitants who were entirely ethnic Bulgarians. Skandaloto is situated 6 km north of ВЕЦ Зла река.
