TKMS Wismar is a German shipyard located in owned by TKMS. The yard was founded on 27 April 1946 as a Red Army ship repair facility. Over the decades it has changed ownership several times and has operated under a number of names, including VEB Mathias-Thesen-Werft Wismar, Aker MTW Werft, Wadan Yards, Nordic Yards Wismar, MV Werften Wismar, and Meyer Wismar.
