Former Site of Rishengchang

The Rishengchang Piaohao, was the first draft bank in China. It is located in Pingyao, Shanxi province, China. Rishengchang literally translates to 'Sunrise Prosperity', and piaohao means 'draft banks', the predecessors of modern banks in China. Former Site of Rishengchang is situated 180 metres northwest of Shi Lou.

The Temple of the City God of Pingyao is a well-preserved Taoist temple located in Pingyao County, Shanxi Province, China. The temple consists of three separate temples on a complex, covering over 7,300 square meters. City God Temple is situated 350 metres southeast of Shi Lou.
