The Obelisk of Montevideo, officially Obelisk to the Constituents of 1830 is a monument created by sculptor José Luis Zorrilla de San Martín. It is a three-sided obelisk made of granite, 40 metres tall with three bronze statues on its sides, representing "Law", "Liberty" and "Force". Obelisk of Montevideo is situated 250 metres north of Fundación Peluffo Giguens.

Located in the Parque Batlle neighbourhood and founded in 1908, it was named in honour of Alejo Rossell y Rius and Dolores Pereira, who were the principal promoters of its establishment. Hospital Pereira Rossell is situated 160 metres northeast of Fundación Peluffo Giguens.
