The National Museum of Liberia is a national museum in Monrovia, Liberia. The Antoinette Tubman Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Monrovia, Liberia. It is used mostly for football matches although it has also been used for music concerts, major church events, political rallies and Ebola treatment. The Gabriel Tucker Bridge formerly the People's Bridge, is a bridge over the Mesurado River in Monrovia, Liberia. It was built between 1972 and 1976. The construction caused some minor disruption to local settlements and the Liberian National Museum had to be relocated in the mid-1970s to make room for its construction. Gabriel Tucker Bridge is situated 1,400 feet northeast of Liberian National Museum.

During the Tolbert administration, the cemetery became the focus of the national Decoration Day, which continued to be observed after Tolbert was murdered in a 1980 coup d'état and his body dumped at the cemetery. Palm Grove Cemetery is situated 2,100 feet southwest of Liberian National Museum.
