The Court of Final Appeal Building, also known as the Old Supreme Court Building, is the home of the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal. It housed the former Supreme Court from 1912 to 1983 and the Legislative Council from 1985 to 2011. The Court of Final Appeal is situated 100 metres northwest of Chater Garden.

Flagstaff House, built in 1846, is the oldest example of colonial architecture remaining in Hong Kong. It is located at 10 Cotton Tree Drive, Central – within the Hong Kong Park. Flagstaff House is situated 280 metres southeast of Chater Garden.
