Lüne Monastery is an Evangelical-Lutheran convent that is managed by the Klosterkammer Hannover. The current abbess is Amélie Gräfin zu Dohna, her predecessor until 2022 was Reinhild Freifrau von der Goltz. Lüne Abbey is situated 150 metres southwest of Philipp-Spitta-Platz.
