The South Hero Inn is a historic commercial building at 301 United States Route 2 in the center of South Hero, Vermont. Built in 1829, it is a prominent local example of a stone building with Federal and Greek Revival features, and served as a traveler accommodation until the early 1970s. South Hero Inn is situated 1½ miles northwest of Round Pond Natural Area State Park.

Cedar Island is a 10-acre island located in Lake Champlain. It is the southernmost of three islands to the east of South Hero, Vermont. Cedar Island lies approximately two miles north of the Sand Bar Bridge. Cedar Island is situated 2½ miles northeast of Round Pond Natural Area State Park.
