The Spyker Castle and estate lie on the territory of the municipality of Glowe in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen in the German state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Spycker Castle is the oldest profane structure on the Baltic Sea island of Rügen. Spyker Castle is situated 240 metres northeast of Haus am Spyker See.
